Minimal Style Poster of The Walled Garden, Glenveagh, Co. Donegal, Eire.
Giclée print on 190gsm archival matte paper. Carefully rolled in acid free tissue paper and presented in sturdy transportable tubes.
Beneath the castle sits one of Ireland’s finest gardens. In bloom since the 1880s. The garden has kept its Victorian layout, which would please its creator – the Lady Adair. The garden has passed through good hands since, with the Kingsley-Porters and, most prominently, Henry McIlhenny adding substantially to the grounds. The walled garden is complimented by the surrounding pleasure grounds, the Gothic orangery, the Tuscan garden and the Italian terrace. And not a gorse or heather bush in sight!
This view captures the castle from inside the garden walls, with pops of colour leading you to the greenhouse and a tour beyond. A rare romantic treat in the Donegal wilds.
